As a trainer over 50, I understand the unique fitness needs of older adults who may be intimidated by a gym atmosphere and the “ripped” young trainers.  At our age, it’s more important than ever to stay strong and keep moving!  I offer tailored, empathetic guidance that meets you where you are on your journey.  Afraid to get started?  You already have, just by being here. Injuries and Rehab

Has your physical therapist recommended a personal trainer to continue your rehab after knee or hip surgery?  We will focus on strengthening the muscles, flexibility and mobility.

Balance Correction & Core Conditioning

As we get older, our balance can be affected by many factors.  To minimize falls, we must work these muscles consistently by building core strength and balance exercises.
